The closing costs of your real estate contract are negotiable. The above allocation represents the customary allocation in Indian River County, Florida. Please contact Live Oak Title Insurance if your purchase or sale is in an adjacent county.

In addition to the costs shown above, taxes and assessments will be prorated between the parties at closing. Courier fees are charged when the delivery of documents is required. Wire fees are also an additional charge for payoffs, proceeds and funding of loans.
